Shenmue I and II now on Xbox Game Pass!

Trying to play on Games Pass on PC and I keep getting an error message that I don't have any applicable devices linked with my Microsoft account. Can't seem to get anywhere with this issue on Microsoft support. Any advice?
 
Do you have all the Windows updates applied? Have you checked manually to see if there is one the automatic process didn't find?
I remember I had to do just that for exactly this issue you described.
