Something you wish was more popular/mainstream in the West vs East?

There are a ton of bidets in the West... just in Europe and the North American (mainly Canada) homes of European immigrants.

But screw bidets; I want all toilets to be like Japanese toilets; once I move into my next (long-time permanent) home, I am importing one.

Yes, though I'm referring to the type used in Thailand, with a water pipe and spray gun attached next to the toilet.
