It's an internal survey on Kickstarter, rather than one the external ones some KS projects use (like Fangamer with Shenmue 3).
Log in to your Kickstarter account, go to the KS page for 'A Gamer's Journey', click on 'view pledge' and then click on 'survey' in the window that pops up.

Despite this, you should have still gotten an email asking you to do it. I did. At least it's much easier on Kickstarter if you didn't get an email, because you just sign into your account like you said.

Indeed, guys; it was sent to a different section of my inbox, where KS emails have NEVER gone and it wasn't under the sender of, "KS," but rather Adam, so I found it indeed.
