Same result from 4 browsers and 2 computers for both links, any idea why? Or better, any other way to get to download it?
Ok done. It seems like a country ban or something, I don't know I'm not racist. VPN made it nice and smooth.

It's the same BGM04 file in both folders, only the track is in wav/pcm in the jap folder and in xwma in the eng one. You can use either file in either folder; I personally don't notice much difference but idk others.
