It will most likely continue to say "Not For Individual Sale," so it doesn't really matter what the price is. Sometimes, Best Buy sells the SteelBooks separately if there are extras after the pre-orders have been fulfilled so it's possible that you will be able to buy one by itself for $19.99 eventually.

It's true that it might end up being nicer than the backer sleeves, but Best Buy often has exclusive steelbooks for new releases. There's really nothing that can be done about it and it's not Ys Net's fault or anything. Same thing happened with Bloodstained.

Probably because it's not meant for individual sale. I still think the fact that it was there at all just about guarantees that it exists and that it's going to be a Best Buy pre-order bonus.
