Been a while Dojo. I can't say if there has been too much progress from April to December. Or maybe not as much as I would have liked but that's on me not always eating correctly.
I started calorie counting in November at the urge of my local PT. I've been aiming for 2500 calories a day. The number on the scale has plateaued and really hasn't moved since my last check in...but my clothes are still getting looser I've noticed. The blue striped 7XL shirt above is definitely looser and my gut is no longer popping out of the bottom. And the 5XLT's I'm currently in are also feeling looser.
The first image is me in a 10XL at my heaviest. The second is that same shirt 1 year removed. The Tenners are swimming off me these days.
Anyways, I'll keep fighting the good fight. Diet is the part I really need to work on the most going forward into 2024.
