It still says they're subject to change as development is ongoing. They're likely overestimates so as to err on the side of caution.

Reading through the Kickstarter comments so far I’ve noticed far more people defending Shenmue 3 then attacking Ys Net or Epic this time around. Maybe the lack of notification has made all the difference, many of the worst posters can't be bothered to check for updates themselves. Which just goes to show that those who cried loudest about demanding a refund actually cared the least about the game itself. But we'll see how long this relative stability lasts.

It's a good point, I imagine the people still complaining aren't the ones active on Shenmue forums like this so they're not even aware of the update.

Of course, ignoring Kickstarter comments is generally the best move regardless.

They will not stop, I remember in the early 2000s when people were demanding NeoGeo roms because "they have the right to play for free"

I didn't get 105 either. I think most didnt in fact. Probably a glitch on their end.
