PSN Profiles: 1253->1271 (+1.4%).
True Trophies: 1152->1157 (+0.4%).
PSN Trophy Leaders: 2368->2385 (+0.7%)
Exophase: 1304->1317 (+1%).


Growth for the 31st:
PSN Profiles: 1271->1295 (+1.9%).
True Trophies: 1157->1166 (+0.8%).
PSN Trophy Leaders: 2385->2415 (+1.3%)
Exophase: 1317->1328 (+0.8%).

The latest update about physical sales in Japan is 20,866 copies sold. Not sure about when it was checked, but this was published a few days ago by 電撃PlayStation, a Japanese magazine. These numbers reflect the sales in the first month since the release of the game (so they're at most updated at Dec 19th).

35 K copies sold in Japan (22 physical 13 digital)
110K copies sold in Europe and Russia (55 physical and 55 digital)
125K copies sold in all America (60 physical 65 digital)
95K copies sold in China + other Asian and Oceania countries except Japan of course (40 physical 55 digital)

For a total to this day of 360 K copies sold in total !!!!

Coming up this year :

+ all future DLC revenues
+ a little more sell figures during a year
+ a small 80K coming next year in Steam

Wow I'm glad to know the game is selling better cant wait for the Story DLC coming soon.

Wait, are these predictions or actual numbers? If numbers...what source?

These were my wishes as i wrote in my post.

But i truely believe that those numbers are not that far from the truth.

The numbers from Japan were a bit pessimistic in my opinion and i guess at least 30/35K physical copies were sold in GB and 10/15 in France so 110K for all Europe and Russia is also not that optimistic that we can think of (approximatively 50% sales are digital so we can X2 each number for every country).

The 125K figure for all America (90% US imo) could be harder but doable and finally let's hope that the digital numbers in the Epic Game Store and We play will pay off in China (considering all the marketing effort from Ys Net and Yu Suzuki) andon a much smaller size in Korea and the rest of Asia/Oceania.

2020 is a new year let's just believe together guys !

Let's not forget that our franchise has reborn from ashes and we can see with our own eyes hundreds of players (at least 2 come on!) playing our beloved game and we all know that Shenmue 3 helped I and II HD sales.

When (yes when) Shenmue 4 will come out, the sales of 1 and 2 and 3 will rise again a bit and that's one more reason to make it happen (especially if it's a quality better budget game).

By the end of 2020 (Steam coming) we can reach 500K yes i said it here and i said it first.

I believe in this franchise and i believe in a bright future for us all.

Depends on the site and whether you believe Sony’s claim that there are 94 million active PSN users.

PSN Trophy Leaders has 543,712 linked accounts (0.57% of 94m), PSN Profiles has 2,053,543 linked accounts (2.2% of 94m), True Trophies has 46,361 linked accounts (0.04% of 94m) and Exophase has 63,049 linked accounts (0.06% of 94m).

The results really vary quite wildly and are clearly not accurate.
PSN Profiles: 61,273
True Trophies: 2,987,500
PSN Trophy Leaders: 435,789
Exophase: 2,251,666

I expect the variance is down to PSN Profiles having a poor sample group in terms of the number of tracked S3 players (PSN Trophy Leaders has nearly twice as many players in a sample size that’s around one quarter of the size and despite having more than thirty times as many linked accounts, PSN Profiles has tracked fewer S3 players than Exophase).

I don’t think this data could ever be used to get an exact number, but it is useful for tracking growth. Given we have a rough idea how many copies of S3 entered circulation in the first few weeks after launch, we can get a decent idea of how the game’s doing (pretty badly at this point, but not quite as badly as some are making out).

So what you are saying it's that if this is true, there should be 60k of PS4 SIII players with internet?
