Version 1.02 for PS4 is Live - Release Notes

Did they fix the bloom notebook bug yet? I couldn't even read the numbers on the elevators until i got close to them it was so bad... I'd like to try a non bloom playthrough next time...

You don't have to go through platforms owners on PC, you have to do that on consoles. If they have a limited budget they are going to have a significant number of fixes foe each console patch. So if PC patch 5 is on beta branch probably not for console at least until that goes to main branch.
 
Yup. I can see the next console patch launching around the Japanese release date for the PS4 version. Fingers crossed that's the case, I've waited off playing 1 and 2 until December (nostalgia reasons) so hopefully they'll be nicely patched by then.
